Before you shop with us the first time, please read through our terms below. Please contact us if you have any further questions.
General
If you are under the age of 18, you need to have a signed confirmation from a legal guardian to be able to place an order. Do not send us money by mail, we can and will not take any responsibility for money, checks or other securities sent by mail. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that the pictures found on the website (happypeople.se) will fully reflect the accurate look of the actual product.
Terms of Delivery
International orders are shipped with the Swedish postal services and are fully insured. The time of delivery is normally:
• Within Sweden 2-5 days
• All EU countries 4-10 days
• Rest of the world 6-14 days
Stock
All products found on the site are currently in stock, unless the product is listed as “SOLD OUT”. If so, it is currently out of stock, but will hopefully return in stock within reasonable time. If you cannot find a product that was previously available on the site the product is out of stock. If the product return to stock, the item will be available on the site again.
Shipping Rates
• Sweden – 65 SEK
• Scandinavia – 95 SEK (approx. €10)
• All EU countries – 125 SEK (approx. €13)
• USA and Canada – 165 SEK (approx. €17 / $28)
• Rest of the world – 195 SEK (approx. €20)
Please note that the shipping rates stated above are not inclusive of any import fees that you may be charged with when the package reaches your destined country.
Payment Info
We are using PayPal as our payment system. Through the PayPal system you are able to use any of the major credit cards, debit cards or your bank account. If you have problems placing an order for any reason, please contact us by e-mail or phone.
Currency
We charge all orders in SEK (Swedish krona) and using the current exchange rate as set by each payment provider. These usually reflect the daily courses.
Exchange & Refunds
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or refund within 14 days after you have received your package. The product/products must be returned unused and in mint condition. All tags and original packaging (shoebox etc.) must be included.
To return or exchange your product, contact us by mail to receive an address to return the product/products to. Please state if you would like to change it to another size/product.
When returning your product, use a package around the original box. Do not use the original box (for instance a shoe box) because refunds will not be accepted if the original package is ruined. Happy People will not refund shipping costs.
Refunds are paid as soon as we have received your package, but it can take up to two weeks. If you wish to make an exchange to another product, the difference in price will be charged/returned by credit card.
If your merchandise was damaged during shipping or you have received the wrong product/size, please contact us by e-mail or phone for instructions on how to make a complaint. Accepted complaints will be fully repaid, including shipping charges. An attached return shipping receipt is required to get a shipping refund.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay in, or performance of, our obligations to you in connection with this website arising from any cause beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not restricted to, the following: Invasion, act of war, act of God, act of Government, Failure in the information technology area or within telecommunications, labor dispute, fire, flood, industrial action or riots.

The Site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Happy People.
The Contents of our Site, and the Site as a whole, are intended solely for personal, noncommercial (other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site) use by the visitors of our Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal use only. No rights, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. Happy People is not responsible for any claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site
We take responsibility for all the personal data – such as your name, address, e-mail address and date of birth – that you provide us with or that we obtain through purchases or when you create a personal account on happypeople.se. These details are kept within our company without any intentions to sell, use or pass on to anyone else.
